Happy Birthday, Edwin!

Today we celebrated Edwin's birthday and it the timing could not have been any better because he certainly needed some cheering up. The birthday boy is down with a slight infection but I'm sure he felt much better after the little party in the office.

And the flavour for this time is mango...

When it comes to great food and where to get them, we have to put our trust in our man Jerry. This may look like a modest eatery located at the fringe of a palm oil estate but looks can certainly be deceiving.

 

Judging from the crowd and the fact that you have to queue-up to obtain your share of their signature dish, the Deep-fried Pomfret, you know that the food here is everything but ordinary.

Jerry proves himself once again worthy of the title "Food King". The fish is served straight from the frying pan onto your plate - literally. And second helpings are inevitable.

It is Ivan's Birthday...

Today is Ivan's turn to celebrate his birthday. And since we have already taken our heads out of the clouds, it was not another belated birthday. Let's face it - it will be kind of difficult to forget about the person that prepares your pay checks every month. Happy Birthday, Ivan!
